Dosage of adaptogens in one box follow the recommended intake per person per day. You can eat a box by yourself in one sitting, or share it w/ your SO 😉

What is the shelf life of the brownies?
Our Winkbars are always freshly-baked. Best eaten within 7 days upon receiving. To prolong its life and keep it fudgy, you may keep it in the fridge. Once ready to consume, you can just reheat it in the microwave oven for about 15 seconds (or more if needed).
